Former Care Home Owner receives 12-month suspended sentence

The former care home owner of Rangermore Care Home has received a 12 month suspended sentence after pleading guilty to fire safety breaches.  Six pensioners had been trapped in the care home in Knutsford when a fire broke out and had to be rescued from the first floor of the care home in October 2010.
